Exercise is now seen as a significant part of alleviating Parkinson's symptoms.
Ann first started Gym work in Brisbane in 2013 and this continues with twice a week sessions at a local GYM where she is a member.
In addition to her GYM work, Ann started an exercise class at our Village Club House in 2021 and she continues to run this group twice a week.
These are seated exercises, and a typical workout is 50 minutes long.
